  • Do you accept all breeds of dogs?
    We evaluate dogs based on behavior, not breed, age, or size, welcoming all with open arms. Every dog undergoes a doggy interview and evaluation, however, for the safety and effectiveness of our hands-on approach, we cannot accommodate dogs aggressive towards people. Those with special needs are warmly embraced.
  • Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
    Plan ahead. As soon as you know your travel plans, contact us and make a reservation for your dog. HOLIDAYS – A $50 deposit is required to hold boarding reservations for all major Holidays and Holiday weekends. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of arrival date. EXTENDED STAYS – A 50% deposit is required for any reservations exceeding 14 days. A 100% deposit may be required for first time boarders.
  • What are your rates?
    BOARDING: 1 dog - $45.00/night 2 dogs - $81.00/night (20% off for the second dog staying in the same suite) ​5 Night Weekly Stay - $200.00/wk (Receives a $25 OFF Discount) DAYCARE: Daily Rate: $30.00/Dog Weekly Rate: $125/Dog (5 Days, Mon-Fri) **We offer a 10% military discount (active and retired)
  • What time is check in and check out?
    Check In: 3p-6p Check Out: By noon Early check in and late check out may be available, but must be preapproved. A fee may be applied. ​ Doggie Shuttle Service If you need us to pick up or drop off your pet, we may be able arrange assistance. Call for more info.
  • What is provided during my dogs stay?
    Each dog gets a private kennel with water and food bowls, toys, a blanket and a soft bed, which is designed to calm, ease stress, and reduce anxiety in your canine companions during their stay. ​ Kennel Size: 4.5’ x 7.5’ (33.75 sq. ft.) Climate Controlled (insulated/heating/air conditioned) Exhaust fan with fresh air intake Soothing music / TV Daily pics / text updates
  • What times can I drop off and pick up my dog?
    Boarding Check-in: 3p-6p Check-out: By Noon We prefer pick ups to be in the mornings to allow us to move dogs in and out efficiently and to have suites cleaned and ready the new visitor, however we can certainly make arrangements for after hours pick ups/drop offs in needed. A small fee may apply.
  • Do I need to bring dog food?
    Yes. Please make sure you bring your dog's regular food. In case you forget or run out, we can offer our house food for a small fee. Using one-gallon Ziploc bags helps with storage and transport. If you're including treats, please avoid rawhide types. Labeling the food bags with your pet's name is also advised.
  • My pets like their own bed and toys, what are your policies for bringing our own stuff while boarding?
    Boarding dogs can bring toys from home, which will stay in their suite and won't be taken to the group play areas. Please avoid rawhide toys. There's no need to bring beds; we've got the bedding covered, however if your pet has a favorite bed they use daily, bring it along! While each suite is equipped with a bed, we're happy to place their personal bed on top of it for added comfort. Also consider bringing a recently-worn shirt or blanket. Familiar scents from home or a parent can help soothe nerves.
  • Can all of my dogs stay together in the same suite?
    Yes, if the space works comfortably and they are tolerable in an enclosed proximity through the night without change in temperament, this is allowed. We do offer a discount for additional family dogs that stays in the same suite.
  • Is your Kennel air-conditioned?
    Absolutely, our facility is fully climate-controlled to ensure your pets' year-round comfort. We also have an advanced ventilation system that efficiently reduces odors and minimizes the spread of airborne particles.
  • What is the daily schedule like during my dog's stay?
    (all dogs will rotate potty breaks every 2 hours starting at 6:30AM) ​ 6:30 a.m. Rise and Shine! 7:00 a.m. Breakfast 8:00 a.m. – Noon Playtime / Book Reading / Singing / Petting and Comforting 12:00 – 2 p.m. Nap Time – Special Treat 2:00 – 4:30 p.m. Playtime / Book Reading / Singing / Petting and Comforting 4:30 – 5:00 p.m. Rest before Meal 5:00 p.m. Meal 5:30 – 6:00 p.m. Playtime 6:30 p.m Lights Out!   • Are you able to administer medication if my dog needs it?
    We're equipped to give pills, lotions, and topical treatments. However, we cannot provide injections. Ensure medications are labeled with your pet’s name and dosage, and please refrain from mixing them into their food beforehand.
